Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the Algora platform or enrolling in any of our learning tracks. They set out the basis on which we provide our educational resources and what we each agree to.

1. Definitions

  • "Algora" — refers to the company operating this platform at 47 Beach Road, Bang Lamung, Chonburi 20150, Thailand ("we", "us", "our").
  • "User" / "You" — any individual who accesses the website or enrols in a learning track.
  • "Platform" — the Algora website, associated web pages, and any online learning materials we provide.
  • "Track" / "Course" — any structured learning programme made available through the platform.
  • "Content" — all text, video, audio, exercises, datasets, code samples and materials published on the platform.
  • "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the platform or submitting an enrolment enquiry, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. Service Description

Algora provides online AI development education through three learning tracks:

  • Deep Learning Specialization — neural network design, training techniques and model tuning. ฿4,200.
  • Computer Vision Intensive — image data, model training and evaluation for visual tasks. ฿5,950.
  • Applied Machine Learning Track — hands-on project-led learning with real datasets. ฿11,900.

All tracks are delivered in English and are open to learners worldwide, subject to these terms. We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules or pricing with reasonable notice.

4. User Accounts

Access to course materials may require registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the platform only for lawful, educational purposes. The following activities are not permitted:

  • Copying, reproducing or distributing course materials without written permission.
  • Sharing login credentials or account access with others.
  • Using automated tools to scrape or download platform content.
  • Posting or transmitting harmful, offensive or unlawful content through platform communication tools.
  • Attempting to interfere with or disrupt platform infrastructure or security.
  • Misrepresenting your identity or qualifications during enrolment.

Academic integrity is expected. Work submitted in exercises and projects should be your own unless collaboration is explicitly permitted by the track facilitator.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including curriculum materials, code samples, datasets, graphics and documentation — is owned by or licensed to Algora. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use course materials solely for your own educational purposes during your enrolment period.

Work you create independently as part of track exercises remains yours. By participating, you grant Algora permission to use anonymised examples of student work for educational demonstration purposes.

7. Payment Terms

Track fees are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are payable in full prior to access being granted unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing.

  • Refund policy: a full refund is available if requested within 7 days of payment, provided no more than 20% of the track materials have been accessed. After this period, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
  • Currency: all amounts are in Thai Baht. Exchange rate differences for international payments are the responsibility of the learner.
  • Pricing changes: we may adjust pricing for future enrolment cycles. Your fee is locked at the time of payment.

8. Course-Specific Terms

  • Prerequisites: each track specifies recommended prior knowledge. Enrolling without meeting prerequisites may affect your experience but does not entitle you to a refund.
  • Access duration: you will be informed of your access window at enrolment. Access is not extended automatically.
  • Completion: completing exercises and projects is encouraged but we make no representations about outcomes, progression or suitability for any particular employment or further study.
  • Certificates of completion may be issued as educational records of participation. They are not qualifications or accredited credentials.

9. Disclaimers

The platform and all content are provided on an "as available" basis for general educational and informational purposes only. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of any material. Course content reflects the state of knowledge at the time of publication and may not reflect the most recent developments in rapidly evolving fields.

Nothing on the platform constitutes professional advice in any regulated field, including but not limited to legal, financial, medical or career advice. You should seek independent professional guidance for such matters.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Algora's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant track. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from platform use or inability to use the platform, even if we were advised of the possibility of such losses.

This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Algora and its team from any claims, losses, damages or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement, your misuse of the platform, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

You may discontinue use of the platform at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of this Agreement or if we reasonably believe your actions may harm the platform or other users. Upon termination, your licence to access content ends immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and dispute resolution survive termination.

13. Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolving any concerns informally first. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will make a reasonable effort to address your concern within 14 working days.

If informal resolution is not possible, this Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chonburi Province, Thailand.

14. General Provisions

Entire agreement: this Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Algora regarding use of the platform.

Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

No waiver: failure by Algora to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.

Assignment: you may not assign your rights under this Agreement without our written consent. We may assign our rights to a successor in connection with a business reorganisation.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will publish the revised version with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, we will provide notice through the platform or by email. Continued use after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
